Parker, Nubank's Whistleblower Channel is a secure and 100% confidential platform for reporting violations or potential violations of the Nubank Code of Conduct or the laws and regulations applicable to Nubank.
The whistleblower's information will be received and handled by Contacto Seguro, an external, independent company specializing in Whistleblowing Channels.

To help with the investigation of your report it is important that you provide as much information as possible, including any evidence if there is.
Your report must comply with the following guidelines:
- Expose facts as the truth
- Act with loyalty, kindness, and good faith;
- Provide the information requested for clarification of the facts.
