regulations and legislation applicable to Nubank.

 

If you wish, your report can also be made by calling 0800 591 2689, from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (BRT), for personal assistance. At other times, the service will be carried out via answering machine.

When sending the complaint, a protocol number will appear on the screen. Keep this protocol number with you, it is through it that you will be able to access your complaint for any queries or to include additional information.
